Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Chicago, IL)

Bright Union Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Chicago. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
