Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Chicago region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
