Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Forge Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
