Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Chicago, IL)

Northwind Wren Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Chicago, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 381 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
