Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Linden Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 264 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
