Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Group is an insurance company in Chicago with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
