Amberfield Corner Construction Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
