Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Linden Care Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
