Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Wilder Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Charlotte, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
