Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Charlotte with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
