Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Union Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
