Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wilder Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
