Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Ridge Insurance Associates is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
