Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Vale Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
