Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Wren Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Charlotte region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 315 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
