Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
