Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Beacon Financial is a financial-services company in Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
