What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
