Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
