Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Rowan Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
