Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Wilder Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
