Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Charleston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
