Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Charleston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
