Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Buffalo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 545 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
