Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quarry Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
