Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Cedar Foods produces packaged foods at its Buffalo plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 282 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
