Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
