Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vale Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 681 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
