Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Timber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Buffalo region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
