Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Sparrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Buffalo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
