Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boston design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 991 people based in Boston. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
