Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
