Nova Cedar Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Boston. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions.
