Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
