Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Bridge Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
