Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

Lumen Union Civic Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
