Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

Nova Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Boise, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
