Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Iron Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Boise region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
