Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Ashton Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Birmingham, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
