Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Maple Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
