Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Quill Civic Services works with county and city offices around Birmingham, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
