Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Birmingham, AL)

Summit Birch Energy Partners delivers power and gas plans across the Birmingham region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
