Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Birmingham, AL)

Summit Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Birmingham with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
