Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Clear Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Birmingham. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
