Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Nest Financial Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 442 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
