Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Nova West Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Baltimore focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
