Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
