Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Baltimore, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
