Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Vista Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Baltimore area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
