Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Summit Mill Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Baltimore, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
